Three thermal tours
Ikaria is famous for its hot springs and has been a popular destination since the 4th century BC, especially for hydrotherapy. Three warm-water springs are known, all accessible by car.
Levkada-beach:
Rocky, stony shore with shallow water. Hot water, around 40-50°C, emerges from among the rocks.
Agia Kiryaki:
Here, the remains of a thermal bath that operated in the past century are still visible. Currently, a square pool made of natural stones provides a bathing area for those seeking healing.
The pool is suitable for 2-3 people to bathe at the same time.
Therma:
There are three springs whose waters are beneficial for rheumatism, joint inflammation, nervous system ailments, and even infertility treatment.
